Studio · the fourth pillar

A studio that
thinks along.

You no longer learn a piece of software. You say what you need, and the software takes shape in conversation. Vibe coding, people call it. I work with Claude Code, and what comes out of it is not a toolbox but a system: rooms, roles, and guardians that work together. Scroll, and it builds itself.

Seven rooms. Thirty-eight roles. One foundation.

This is not a list of tools. Every point knows the others.

The foundation

Nothing leaves the house unchecked.

Licensing, code, data protection, and after launch the watching. No badge, no padlock: a layer every process has to pass. If something reports back, it goes into review again.

Three nodes, in motion

Don’t show it.
Run it.

No screenshots. Every interface runs while you scroll: forward on the way down, backward on the way up. You set the pace, not a video. And a few of the ensemble are watching.

Node · Clients & admin

Your own agency in the house.

  1. ProblemAn association has ideas but no agency. Every application starts from scratch.
  2. IdeaThe association only says what it plans to do. The studio knows the programmes, the deadlines, and its own file.
  3. PartsFunding radar · matching verdict with evidence · application workshop
  4. GuidanceAn AI reads the documents along with you and answers questions about the programme, strictly from the programme’s own facts. Every answer is marked as a suggestion and names its source.
  5. ReviewEvery figure carries its source and its review status. Nothing goes out unchecked.
  6. ResultBuilt inside the association studio; the first client is Denk.Mal e.V., where the funding module runs as a pilot.

Node · Client area

Every client gets a room of their own.

  1. ProblemDrafts fly back and forth as email attachments. Nobody knows which version counts.
  2. IdeaEvery client gets their own room: look at the concept, approve it, leave a comment. One click from the email, no password.
  3. PartsMagic-link access · foyer with a greeting · presentation view · approvals with a journal
  4. ReviewStrict separation between client rooms, bot protection at the login, a security audit with 64 checks.
  5. ResultLive at portal.roman-thomas.de, in use with real clients.

Node · Creative system

You move it. The AI keeps the values.

  1. ProblemPolishing a layout takes more words than moves.
  2. IdeaAn editor where you work with the mouse and the AI stands next to you.
  3. PartsPolishing workshop · bridge · design gate
  4. ReviewFour directions before any layout, and the Juror decides without knowing how it came about.
  5. ResultSign, card, poster: finished within one conversation.

Content that
runs to plan.

Text, image, video, and music are one stretch of road here, not four lanes side by side. A series of works becomes a reel, the reel becomes a plan, the plan becomes a post. Once the plan is approved, a process of its own publishes it: at fixed times on Facebook and LinkedIn, with nobody sitting next to it. The next morning the press watch reads along. Nothing goes online that was not approved in the plan first.

What it is all for

So the three worlds
get more done.

Photography

The photographic look becomes video: a LUT built from twelve image pairs, 187 clips through the Film Editor, originals untouched.

Design

A design line with a gate and a Juror. Four directions first, then the work.

For clients

I build the same way for others: AI agents and tools that fit a particular business, instead of software off the shelf.

Art

Jury folder, application portal, digital garden. Every caption checked, every work findable.

The whole house

Three worlds.
One studio.

Seven rooms, thirty-eight roles, one foundation. All of it grew out of conversation, built with Claude Code and checked by its own guardians. The sphere turns because the house keeps moving: what sits close together today will work together tomorrow.

If you are looking for someone who thinks image, form, and system together, let’s talk.
